Meet the Founder
Steven De Vore, Esq.
Steven De Vore is a commercial real estate broker and licensed attorney who focuses on solving complex real estate and land-related issues that prevent assets from reaching the market. His work combines transaction experience, legal fluency, and market insight to help landowners reduce risk, create clarity, and position land for sale.
Steven’s legal training informs how he evaluates risk, structures deals, and addresses the issues that often surface late in transactions and derail outcomes. Over the course of his real estate career, he has seen firsthand how unresolved title, access, zoning, and due diligence issues stall sales and erode value.
Prior to relocating to Colorado, Steven founded Sterling Realty Group in Los Angeles, where he ranked among the top one percent of brokers statewide and closed more than $120 million in transactions across office, industrial, multifamily, and high-end residential assets. That experience reinforced the importance of addressing foundational issues early and presenting assets in a way buyers and lenders can confidently evaluate.
Through MarketReady Advisors, Steven works with landowners to identify what is holding an asset back, prioritize what matters most to buyers, and coordinate the professionals needed to make land market-ready. He holds a bachelor’s degree from UCLA and a law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He maintains both his California and Colorado law licenses.
